^ a picture taken further back than the first to give you a more clear look at the surroundings.

Over looking the river crossing and towards the airport & town.......you can just see the farm silos in the distance collection Crop from the nearby farms.

The only thing I can think of Lynn is to hold down the "[" or "]" keys when you paste down textures - especially grass textures. It helps to remove the 'patterned' effect. Give that a try and note the difference.

Otherwise, a very nice route.

Are you using double track ? If you delete every other track and replace the missing segments with two single tracks, (using the double track as a spline point track spacing guide), and then eventually get rid of all the double track (using the same means), and straighten single tracks (as multi tracks do not straighten), you can avoid the whoop dee doo in curves.

Thank you everyone for the advice and compliments.....i not sure about the lights (signals ?? i think they are the same thing)....how often should you put dwarf signals etc????

There sometimes is a distant signal far away, a more close by aproach signal, and a home signal - (where trains sit and wait for a clear signal at the turnout). Dwarfs are usually placed where a high signal would get sideswipied in close clearances.
