Customization of Ben Neal's USRA Locomotives

Is there anyone who knows anything I can download that will allow me to make the steam locomotives created by Ben Neal and are lettered and numbered by other members of the Trainz community? I asked the same thing on a previous thread, but I cannot find this thread. Could someone help?

I remenber that there was this Microsoft Excel document that I got from a post on a previous forum about this very topic. I had to copy a link to it and paste it into the address bar (where the website's address is) and it would open an excel document that featured locomotives already in it that seemed to be from either New Zeland and Australia. Could anyone help me find this document?

You might be refering to the late billegulla's generic steam engine spreadsheet. If so it is on the dls, search kuid 81997
It is a good start but some entries have to be modified to make a loco perform as intended.
If you use this there are also other things you will have to modify, e.g. sound, bogeys and possibly the cab.
