Crusty lettering, help!

To whom it may concern:

I am in the process of creating a CD&N SW1500, and when I added in the lettering and committed the asset, the lettering appears all pixelated around the edges of the letters. This doesn't happen on any other locomotive I reskin, and it isn't happening on other SW1500's I have. Can someone please help me?

Very odd it is only on the bule not on the black.

I see it pixelated on the black too, but it is less visible.
