Could not post HELP ticket

Last nite, I felt I should post a Help Desk ticket for the bug on the non-switching track junctions.
Tried several attempts. I downloaded three small cdp's and a note of what I was complaining about.
The help ticket refused to let me submit (the green submit button) remained faded.
I also got a pink message that it was not the 'correct department' for the help ticket. I tried several variations
and still no luck. (if anyone who monitors the Help desk the problem is on the forum as Track Switch problems.).
very frustrating...:(

Please ensure that you have correctly followed the troubleshooter, otherwise you will not be able to submit a ticket. It's possible that there may have been an issue with the server when you tried to submit your ticket; please try submitting again and see if you still see this issue.

Please note that the helpdesk can only take limited action on bug reports. I would recommend that you try submitting a bug report via our bug report form (found at https://n3vgames.typeform.com/to/xRdryu ) as this will allow our team to look into this directly.

Please note, it's possible that this issue may be resolved in the coming TANE SP3 update.
