Complaint abt Help Desk S/W

I started w a most basic, almost embarrassing support ? Then I tried to use Support / Troubleshooting which created another issue.:(

As a KS supporter I received 2 copies of TANE in short order, the 2nd to fix glitch(es), I believe. I did not keep track of which was which. Only now I want to install & start. (Life gets in the way.) Would it all be moot if I can now dl updates? If not, I would need help to ID`the better one.

Hoping to obviate forum post I tried Support & the so-called Troubleshooting Button. Even after jumping through hoops I could never get a page allowing me to create a ticket. The Button would just loop me back to the multi-choice page. (W7, FF 50.+) Seems unfriendly, or is it just me?:confused:
 
Looks like they have changed helpdesk format again!
Used to be an obvious raise ticket option without going through all that stuff.

Try this page https://n3vgames.typeform.com/to/spw3YM Click "Something Else" and you will get the contact form where you can ask your question.

However if you never installed originally your copy is now woefully out of date.

You may find it simpler to just download the latest version from My Trainz, login, bottom left download TANE.
