I started w a most basic, almost embarrassing support ? Then I tried to use Support / Troubleshooting which created another issue.
As a KS supporter I received 2 copies of TANE in short order, the 2nd to fix glitch(es), I believe. I did not keep track of which was which. Only now I want to install & start. (Life gets in the way.) Would it all be moot if I can now dl updates? If not, I would need help to ID`the better one.
Hoping to obviate forum post I tried Support & the so-called Troubleshooting Button. Even after jumping through hoops I could never get a page allowing me to create a ticket. The Button would just loop me back to the multi-choice page. (W7, FF 50.+) Seems unfriendly, or is it just me?
