Coal Mines

Hey all.. I was wondering about coal mines.

On my layout, I have 2 AI trains that run the entire length, Running from a coal mine to a power plant. I've noticed that the trains never seem to get a full load of coal..

So i added a Refinery & an AI train Hauling Diesel to the Coal Mine.

My Question is: Does Coal production increase from the delivery of Diesel?

You need to edit the coal mines properties.

Increase starting amount and/or production rate.

Coal production occurs as long as the mine has fuel. When the coal mine reaches it's max capacity production stops until you pick some up, then production resumes.

You could also increase starting amount of diesel fuel and/or decrease consumption rate.
