CMP Error: Server Appears Full

Anyone else getting this message trying to get stuff on the DLS? When I click start to start downloading, at the bottom of CMP it says:

Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later.

I just bought a 1 year FCT. Haven't done this in a year or so. last time I remember having to wait a few hours for the access to be granted. Is this still the case?

BTW, this is with TRS 2009 WBE.

Thanks,
Joe

Yes, that is not my problem. My directories have full permissions, and I'm running as administrator in Vista.

Nobody else is having this problem right now?

Also, in the settings for CMP, on the internet tab, is it supposed to say something about me having a FCT activated? It just
says download left for today 100MB, and there's a button to buy a FCT. My ticket says activated in the planet auran site.

It's a common problem, whether or not you have a FCT.
I'm lead to believe it's simply a case of too many users and not enough bandwidth capacity.

The fault is on the End Users PC ... Either UN & PW reset, or trying to download with a non-activated FCT.

My FCT has worked flawlessly all year long, asside from when the DLS is totaly down, (which is extremely rare, and practicly non-existant).

I think I spoke too soon ... I dun' busted the DLS :hehe: It looks like it is down.

Perhaps the weekend office cleaning service was vacuumin' and accidently pulled out the server electrical plug, from the wall outlet.

This is what has bugged me about the FCT. The server goes down, and you lose your time because the end date of the FCT isn't adjusted. I think that is something that needs to be addressed.
