CMP Downloaded Content Help! (2006)

I've downloaded loads content, put it into CMP and done Ctrl+M to commit it.
When I go into Railyard or Surveyor, it's all there on the list but only a few bits work. What did I do wrong?

Use cmp and select missing dependencies (at the top) see if that brings any up.
If so r/click on one and select view deps, may be missing some.
They are meant for 2006 arn't they?

Pretty sure they are- they're from the same source and most of the Rstock works, but not the engines.

What can I do about missing deps?

What are the assets and missing kuid numbers?

This is weirder. Almost everything I've installed is in the missing dependancies, including the things that work.

Kuid numbers are mostly 268447, the rest are 116296, 382787, 326537, 142268.

Downloading the terrier through my CM, what's wrong at your end?
OK got it, r/click on the asset in CM, select view dependencies, 3 will show as missing but on the dls, select view in main list and download them 1 at a time.
Just got Duck as well, do the same as above, any missing deps are available.
Or where they show missing deps r/click on them and select download, will also get them.

Okay, so sometimes I click and download and it appears in the Download helper, but sometimes it doesn't.. do I need to worry about this?

If it shows as being on the dls sometimes you may have to get them 1 at a time, it's a CM thing

Once I've downloaded this stuff how do I apply it? There's nothing in the 'Open for Edit' tab and hitting Ctrl+M doesn't work. Do I need to do anything?

Won't do, the latest version is :4.

Using CM use the search panel. On the left side select author ID, right side #116296.
Where the asset kuids are click the arrow so it's facing up, this gives you the in a numerically up order. Scroll down until you find 57057:4, download that.


HOLD IT, you only have 2006, wait a moment.
Version :4 is build 2.8. Select version :1 and download

Just download it using 2006 cmp, it's faulty so wont work.

YOu mean re-download the whole thing? How would I go about doing that, say for the pannier tank?

No don't bother, it's been updated to build 2.8 so wont work in 2006. I have a 56xx tank kuid 46219:75, it's renumberable so you can have few on the same route. And still available.
