CM won't see my First class ticket

What do you do when CM fails (repeatedly) to recognize your 1st class ticket? (Download cannot continue as you have reached your 100MB quota for the day)

Usually close and reopen CM works for me but not today:(
Is this a brand new ticket, or one you've had for awhile?

A brand new one requires you clear your queue and restart CM.

If it's an old one, you may need to reenter your username. Simply changing one letter and then replacing it with the correct one will force a login and that should make it work.

Not a brand new ticket but not all that old.
