Can't download two TS2010 files

I have not been able to download the setup.exe or setup-2a.bin from the Auran website, the ftp gets aborted every time. Does anyone know if there any other way I can get these files? I opened a ticket at the helpdesk for it, but from the looks of things there is no telling how long it will take for them to resolve the problem.

Have you been using a download manager? If not try using FDM (Free Download Manager) available free on web. A quick google search will reveal it's wherea-abouts.

Yes, I have tried it with FileZilla and that gets "connection aborted" as well.
