Build Update to 117118

I was just informed by support that my version of 2019 is too old for me to receive any troubleshooting by NV3, after reading about the problems some of you are having just updating to newer versions , I think I''m a LOT safer just staying with the build I've got .
I stick to the old adage, if it ain't broke, don't do anything that leads to it having to be fixed. :)
 
The latest official version of each product is and always has been the only “supported” build. You need to patch to the latest version as there is a good chance the problem is already fixed.
if the problem is patching, then advise helpdesk of that since we obviously support the process of installing and updating any version.

If we fix nothing, people say we’ve abandoned the product. So we fix things, and update things. We do our best to make sure there are no showstopper issues in each new release, and I can assure you that the list of fixes far, far outweighs the list of new issues.

Have a Mac. TRS installed but first patch failed. Sent support log file. They asked more question then silence. Anyway looks like they made some fixes. Uninstalled and installed again. Many patched ran ok. Last one failed.
Build 116493 to 116931. Checking target then, checksum mismatch /applications/../../resources/bulitin/969.tzarc

Not sure how to recover and try again without deleting all
