God I'm crap at making mountains...

Coreycat where did you get the cityrail platform from looks good

It's clearly one of Deadly's excellent Cityrail platforms. It's easily found on the DLS by searching for 'Cityrail' (try the Black Pages if you can't find it through CMP). Make sure you have 04/06 ticked though, as they're legacy content (which probably explains why people are having such trouble finding them).

I think I've mentioned them in this thread about five or six times so far!

Hayden,

well have you looked on Vic Trainz; you have the NSW platforms which are exactly what you are looking for.

Have fun trainzing :)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a spline platform that has a earth slope off to the rear.

Can anyone help?

Really? I just searched the Black Pages under Deadly's name and found them immediately. They're under similar names with the basic title of 'Platform xx' followed by a length in metres. There a number of different styles as well - the modern style with the high-visibility safety strip, or the older bitumen style with a white line. But I presume you're only after the modern style as shown in Corey's screenshots.

If you're still having trouble, here are the KUID's for them:

Platform 3.5 m (1a): KUID:102738:2000
Platform 5m (1b): KUID:102738:2001
Platform (1a) 3.5m: KUID2:102738:1010:1
Platform (1b) 5m: KUID2:102738:1011:1

Hi All,

Been awhile since I posted some shots.

SCT Loco shunts some loaded ASBY wagons into a siding

2 more SCT loco's arrive with some loaded containers which will be hooked up to rear of the train.

Prepares to depart Lismore Yard for Acacia Ridge

All SCT loco's

Cheers Harry

Harry, your depot scene is inspiring. You'e taken some fantastic content made by some talented people and used it to the best result possible. Bravo, sir.

Harry, had another think about your freight depot and realised you managed to design the shunting area's throat nicely so the train shunts to the north out of the SCT freight terminal. That direction is free of level crossings due to the rail over road bridges :) The only time it uses that Union Street level crossing is on final departure towards Casino. Thus the local [trainz] car drivers don't have much to complain about!!! If they do complain. tell them you are removing heaps of semis off the roads for them :hehe:

Awesome work Harry, Bout time we got too see sumthing a bit more modern then those smokey old steam thing's LOL.
Cheers Mick.:hehe:

Small freight returning from Proston Cheers, Patchy

You have Esk as the destination. If only QR had built the Nanango Yarraman section than you could have gone straight through and saved the run via Gympie. If there was the Murgon Gayndah section as well, you could run Brisbane Ipswich Esk Kingaroy Eidsvold, Moura, Mt Morgan without going near the coastal line...

In real life it was never built (and as you say, it probably should have been ) but this is Trainz. That doesn't mean that it can't be built. If someone would care to do the surveying and then lay the track..... all that would remain is to place some stations and maybe yards. Not putting my hand up (and probably stating the obvious ) but it could be done, just cause it hasn't been in real life.
Regards
Glen

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your kind words,I hav'nt had much time lately for trainz so it was good to play around again and add the extension route of Casino-Lismore to the Acacia Ridge-Casino,I have been inspired by many other members who have been posting some wonderful screenshots of their routes in progress,Hopefully over the weekend I can get abit more time into trainz and add some more scenery around Lismore.

@Petan-Thanks,The level crossing caused no issues to trainz motorists as I forgot to turn traffic on so no traffic hassles,Would also be good to see a Intermodal on the North coast line...Maybe I can send a copy of my trainz SCT depot to SCT management:)

Cheers Harry
