Loving what I'm seeing patchy, absolutely loving it...now, for something a little less dramatic and awe inspiring... Does ANYONE know where I can get a 'working' CDP of Jacob Cash's PB15Ponywheels, as I download them off the DLS, either FTP or CMP, it 'goes through the motions' of installing, then reports it failed too install, the KUID is 6209:3002 - any help immensely appreciated, as without them, the PB15 won't work...quite frustrating really....

hey patchy

what trees are they?
kuid numbers if possible and i'll try to get them from the black dls

those screenies are looking mighty nice

thanks mate

Railchase,

Your post about building your route is so true. I have been playing this game/simulator for over 12 years now, and I have only released a dozen routes/layouts in that time, (each one I think, better than the last) :) but I must have built 10x that over the years.

Quite sad that I have lost so many great ideas and routes. I would like to resurrect some of them, but I am struggling to keep building the route I am on. I have also started another route over the last 2 weeks and find that I attend to that one rather than finish off the last one.

Anyway those screen shots looked awesome.

Patchy and Ghostryder! I'm in love with your screenshots guys on page 1296! WOW :udrool:
Especially the one with the station and the pedestrian underpass. Magnificent work.

My lord. Dave that's an awesome representation of the late 70's. I love how you've pictured the V sets in their original livery in the sidings. What year would those photos represent to be exact? Around 1975?

Summer 1976 if I had to pick a date - childhood memories

ok being north of the border
what are those electric locos in your screenshot bearcat

cheers,
patchy

patchy, generally with NSW numbering, the first two (or sometimes three) numbers are the "class", with the last two being the loco's number. The example above is the "46 Class". Obviously there are some exceptions to this, notably in steam classes where the class numbered more than 99 locomotives, but for the most part, it holds true. This is why the hardcore enthusiasts got themselves into a flap when QRNational introduced the 5000 Class "no, they are the '50 Class', quite clearly", they all exclaimed. Imagine the ruffled feathers when the "5020" class entered service. They kept saying it was "wrong". Hilarious stuff!

Class 86 I think

Jamie
Close there are a 46 class - we did have a 86 class sparky and the 86 and 85 class are on there way to the the DLS as we speak but seem to be stuck in some type of DLS time warp as they have been waiting approval for 3 days now.

The 46's are by connyxy still waiting to find out whats going to happen to them

I See
I was assuming the first two numbers would identify the class
I'm not a fan of electrics but those locos look simple in design and proberly served thier purpose well

cheers,
patchy
