Hello Everyone,

Just somethings myself has been working on as part of the QR City Train Project. I have been making a specialist project to make some carriages, one part of the project is to make the entire consist of the Sunshine Express. I have prior permission from Greg Cash to re work his meshes to the different designs of carriages, he WILL be credited in the final product. I still have some minor tweaking before they get tested in trainz. Here are some of the results.

QGR AAS 1252 - Just fixing some minor componets at the present point, but she includes actual compartments. Once finished, she will be tested in trainz alongside the rest of the carriages.

And now downloaded - thanks for that Bearcat245, appreciate it mate.

*edit* Dimi_109, your wish is my command...within reason :P I present, your (very much work in progress) Fruit Co-Op/Milk 'yard' you requested.

I hope this meets your expectations (texturing and scenery placement will be forthcoming, just needed to get the 'basics' down (and yes, its much bigger than I expected it to be, this is a yard more suited to the outskirts of a town, etc.

G'day!

Just thought I'd apologise for my absense. My Laptop's C Drive HDD connection was loose and the computer kept trying to tell me that by shutting itself down. (Not very helpful) Anyway. It appears that all my data has been lost. So that means my Tarrawingee Line Spin-off has gone missing. Which is a real bummer. :( But, I guess it's a start to a new Trainz experience. Nice screenies everyone!

Cheers! :)

Jake.

Great start Mulie. Can i ask what the kuid of that fruit shed is? Could use it for my Narranderra yard rip-off. Cheers, Matt.

Nice to see you back creating again Mulie.:) Keep up the good work and look forward to seeing the screens of your progress on this latest project.
Regards
Glen

I'm not 'creating' perse, this was 'requested' by Dimi_109, and as such, I'm doing my best (with what information I had at hand) to make this as a 'once off' deal for him. Once its done to his specifications, I'm retiring once again from active route building.

*slaps forehead* duly noted - okay, I'm throwing this open for debate - that route is obviously just really a 'skeleton' - I need to put flesh on those bones, but what would people excpect in a yard of 'reasonable' size and complexity? I haven't added any carriage sheds/loco sheds (can add them as a dead end spur or something...), oviously, some trees, weeds here and there...maybe replace that cream shed which looks so out of place (that really belongs on some short siding on a fictional branchline in the country...) I'm throwing open the doors for ideas, as I'm really lost for concept to flesh this thing out and make it 'stand out' as it were.

Would anyone happen to have the engineering specs of the A Sets? Or know where to find them please? The ones on the cityrail website aren't exactly helpful in Gmax... :/

Thanks,
Michael

Mulie your trackwork and route building is fantastic mate.
You really have an eye for detail and realism. I've learnt a lot from your route building!

I can't wait until the yard is finished. I'm stoked with the work so far!!!
