Australian screenshots

Thanks to all
that have contributed to the Butterbox containers with pictures links or anything else.
The next lot has been uploaded a total of 8 product and 8 static.
The last set looks a bit more "used". Top row in the forefront.

It appears that the DLS is still being worked on, I have several assets waiting for approval so I presume it will be sooooooooon (tm). :hehe:

Hi Raichase,
I did some workshops that might be useful, they are listed under IRW (Ipswich Railway Workshops) under my kuid 97008,
if you are looking for something to suit your layout contact me and I see what I can do for you.

Cheers,

Bill.

Bill, I actually downloaded your Ipswich workshops while looking for suitable models. They are very nice, but not what I was looking for, I was after something a bit more modern. I couldn't ask you to make something, because I'm not exactly sure what I want myself, haha! Is there anything you've made that is similar to the model I posted in my screenshot? If not, don't worry about it, I have no doubt that modern workshops exist out there somewhere!

Of course, I'll keep your kind offer in the back of my mind should my search come up blank :). Thanks again!

EDIT: It's obvious I'll have to add some kind of steel-unloading-yard into my layout in one of the next stages of construction, those butter boxes are too good to just have loaded onto passing steel trains... I'll need somewhere to shunt those wagons, and to have some static ones sitting around, methinks.

Matt, that layouts looking really good mate, I hope you persist with this one. I know your pain, I did the "give up and start anew" thing up until last year, and I've been working on my current project for 10 months. It's pretty rewarding to realise you can drive for over an hour on your layout end to end!

Thanks Raichase,

I do have a prototype route planned, just working out a few things before i get started. In the meantime, I appear to have done something right with this route, so work continues.

Matt.

...Again Matt, the way you blend those textures with the trees is spectacular! :D
And your camera angles add to the awsomeness :hehe:

Cheers

Matt,

Keep the screen shots coming mate. The route is looking very nice indeed.

A good thing to do if feeling abit lost in route building is do something different each day, some vegetation, or track laying etc, so it is not the same thing day in day out. Helps kill the boredom at times we all get when route building :)

Cheers

Trent

Thanks guys.:D:D

I don't know what I've done right here, but it's nice that you like it so much. It's currently only a half dozen boards, but with encouragement (hint, hint:p) it could grow further.

Steve, the textures I'm using are grass 23 <kuid:9999:921589>, grass 25 <kuid:9999:921589>, grass 25 <kuid:149987:21589> and grass 27<kuid:149987:21600> , if you are interested. The first two show as built-ins to 2012, by Delsoft, the last two are by Vendel, no idea where they came from!

Anyway, three more from me before I go to bed.

8258 leads 8116 and 8236 on an empty coal, headed west for it's loading point:

Tried in Trainz Community, was told to come here:

Hi all,

I am looking for the one person who is now responsible for the late Bill's VR content. Help in this category would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Callum,

I'm also going to go for one last walk on the Fyansford line before the fools rip it up :(

Pretty sure he's been chasing a DERM all day "I'd like to be chasing one too" the sound of a Duel 6-71 series engine on 1300rpm.

-Aaron

Why? Is he making a DERM?

Your making it like there needs to be a reason to chase one, for example I chase the X class that does the Warnambool goods at 03:50hrs, I don't chase it for a reason to build one, I chase it because I like the engine and the horn ;)

*wish the PSP-1000 would hurry up and finish charging*

-Aaron

Where do they run DERMs? Would be a great day out though :) I only went to Rail-N-Thusiest and 'Piccolino' Pizza shop today :hehe:

Cheers
Stevo
