Australian screenshots

It is Stevo :hehe:
But unless it is age related, I find I cannot see any detail without changing the brightness of my monitor. Simply cannot keep doing that
Can I be really rude and suggest the textures need work.
Cheers
Rod
Nup :P
haha just joking XD
z20lined.jpg

just gave 2007 a much needed boost of tone..i agree, from a far spot it does look very much like a peice of coal :D. i was inspired by the shading on seanoc17's thomas models i saw a while back and i always wanted to do custom shading.....whoops it got too dark XD
i added some red lining to the re-hashed textures too, though i may need to re export with a new mapping file.
z20lined2.jpg

Heres the side elevation, im working on the brake gear and other visible underframe work. if anyone one has some 20 class photos, i'd love to see them. :)

Heres my interpretation compared with the already existing one on the DLS. mine is made from the elevated drawing on the Datasheets site http://grapevine.com.au/~datashet/index.html to get a relative size for the Z20.

@D9007 Pinza, the loco does not have running numbers because for some reason my content manager and CCP dont accept TGA files that i could use for running numbers, but. for your sake, Pm me for the engines that ran on the camden branch, and their features (e.g. like the cowcatcher) and i'll export each engine separately (with 3d numbers) and include them in the Z20 pack :)

hope this helps Rod, if not....

not to be rude but i think you may need a new screen XD

cheers

Mikka, drop me a PM with your email and I'll forward what photos I have from the net, books and my own photos, including a large number of the 20s that worked the Camden line at one time or another.
Regards, Evan.

Thank you kind Sir!!
For a moment I thought I wasted my money on my new 25" LED screen too, which actually cost me less than my new pair of multi focal glasses :'(

That is much better for this old fella
Cheers

Oh, come on! :( You said you wouldn't do this :(

And I'm sorry but If you don't check the DLS before you come here don't bother asking, It really annoys me when people ask for things from such and obvious place :(...

The X class is on the DLS with many other awsome VR models :) (thats right guys, VR is the best :hehe: )

Cheers

Ha Ha success in 2004 But Stevo 2004 is unsupported you have to deliberately search in 2004.

I think you are a bit tough on someone who writes as if English is not his native tongue and is quite new here. If I sent you to a Russian web site would you need to use google translation and hope to find what you were looking for?
How easy would it be to simply show our friend the way?

tikkamassala Please go here :)
http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php
and search Victorian Railways X Class but remember to tick the 2004 box and search "description", another tick :)
Welcome to Aussie Screenshots

Cheers
Rod
Wikki says
....is a curry dish of roasted chicken chunks (tikka) served in a rich-tasting orange-coloured sauce. The sauce is usually creamy, spiced and contains tomatoes. Tikka masala has been found to be the most popular dish in British restaurants and it has been called a "true British national dish."[1]... hmmm.. must be an Indian Wiki :D

Was playing on my layout the other day and got these....

WaitingtoPass1.jpg

A PB 15 waits for a freighter to pass at Alpine View so that it can turn at the fork.

WaitingtoPass2.jpg

With the freighter almost through, the crew now just waits for the signal to proceed to the fork.

TurningAtAlpViewfork.jpg

Almost done, the engine heads back onto the coaches in the foreground for the return run.

Sorry Rod, but I guess you haven't heard that this guy is bumping several threads to ask for stuff or prove someone wrong, etc...

Thanks Stevo.
I can only go on what I see, and without the relevant information, commented on what looked like a rude post. However after reviewing our friends rather childish mutterings on his recent posts, seem inclined to agree :hehe:
Cheers

Glad that's sorted; can we get back to screenshots now?

To get us moving in the right direction again, here's three from me:
