Cheers Mick.

For some reason, I actually like the V/line livery on that. Be interesting to see it with the V/line logo either on the side of the cab or on the hood. Great work!

Hi Nick,

I think it suits the cab better, kinda like the RailTractor's how they have it on the side cab.

Hi Mick,

Great shot and I also want to say thanks for your help a while back when you sent me the SW1200 PSD's to study off, came in handy when I was trying to figure out how to create the vents and weathering. :)

Hey Aaron, may i say you're M class is coming along wonderfully :D
I actually like it in the V/line Orange and Gray, must be because that would have to be my favourite V/line Livery :hehe:
you planning on any other 'what-if' liveries? eg. other V/line colours, or maybe freight victoria/australia? just curious

and there really are some great screenies coming out of late, keep up the great work everyone.

Old Ma and Pa are on the move and have overloaded their old Bedford just a little bit, leading to some overheating problems and catching the attention of the coppers. Looks like Pa could do with more than a Mintie.

I guess trainz89 probablly is bignoting himself, his "route" called Bell Branch is only on board with a straight lenght of track. Theres more work in the route's description. I suppose somone who labels himself the Commissioner for Railways would be a bit of a big head. Ha, ha. Haven't really seen much of substance that he has made.
:hehe:;)

Lol'ed @ the truck.

Anyways, I probably won't do other skins as it's time consuming and I would love to have the interior completed sometime this year.

here is a preview with shadows baked

I want to rebuild the shell to make it more detailed and slightly bigger "a few millimetres would be nice", spent the past few months calibrating the att-points and angles for the gauges, so on.

Found out I can also use the tags "mesh-asset" in kind "interior" put Zec's (S301) K class brake levers on it.

Time for some more North of the border shots

Calvintrain1.jpg

A PB15 hauled passenger train pulls in to make a stop at the short platform of Calvin with the sun just rising over the horizon signalling the start of another hectic day.

Calvintrain2.jpg

Everyone wanting to board is now seated and the train pulls away headed to the township and station at Blake.
Thanks

My Evening Trip...

G'day all,

This is make or break for this routes future... So if you will all join me in the two part story of Murenbindi to Wah Wah (keeping in mind that these are only two or three points of the route that are finished)

PART 1:

I arrived in Murenbindi to realise K103 had pulled in early. I hastily fumbled for my camera as the crew added the waiting Ls and Ms to its mixed livestock train...

rbar_164_20110717_0003.jpg

I was able to enter the signal box before the trains departure...

rbar_164_20110717_0002.jpg

I could only get these shots as the train left due to the lack of road near the railway between here and Wah Wah...

rbar_164_20110717_0011.jpg

After talking to a local farmer near Wah Wah I was allowed to enter the property to snap a few shots of the train speeding along the embankment at 30mph...

The train halves its speed for the entry into Wah Wah over the twin trestles...

rbar_164_20110717_0042.jpg

The Livestock train crosses the crossing into the yard where I end my evening of train spotting and cross to the pizza place across the road...

The feedback (if any) from these shots will decide the future release of this route for members of the trainz community.

Thanks for veiwing

...continued...

Here are some screenshots that I thought need to be uploaded to imageshack with no resize to get the real feel of... well I thought they all did but that wouldn't be fair to moderators and Admins (BTW: sorry for the large shots)

It wasn't though photoshop is a handy thing to have installed on your computer for when you decide there can never be enough realism :hehe: :D
