Australian screenshots

^^

It took me a good 30 minutes to do a 750m section of 4 tracks (first go was slow) but the resulting appearance was well worth the time taken.

Out of curiosity though, seeing as you didn't like the all-in-one approach for the gantrys, are you going to be releasing the single track catenary as a spline like you previously put up on your website before for testing? This style of the catenary use to work very well on longer sections of single or double track whether it be on a straight, curves or hilly section.

Lastly, thanks again. The East Hills and South Lines wouldn't look anything like what you see on the real CityRail network if it wasn't for the rail and catenary you've created.

Have you got a site a English (and please don't say the Download Station, DLS, etc, as that does not count)?

No there is not. What you can do as suggested is download a toolbar for Google Chrome which I use, (I think it works for Internet Explorer as well) that translates the page automatically for you if it detects another language. Too easy:)

Heres something im playing around with in TS12:

Gone But Not Forgotten

Hi Everyone,

Just purchased a copy of Trainz 12, I can not wait to share my Q.G.R Suburban Route in multiplayer. Hopefully I will get back to my Steph PB15 project and a beta version will be released on DLS. Also I need a hand with scriping with my QGR Suburban '54 Destination Boards & My Steam Train Sunday; I am working with my good friend Dr. Greg Cash to adapt them to his locomotives. PM/Email me if you wish to help out.

Working on a SAR RX Class, doing with a friend but now working on a drivers & tender wheels. It a tough job mate!

Awesome, shots everyone, keep it up.

Have been working on a layout for a while and decided to make it steam themed for something different. Ran into some trouble working out the depot as I have had no experience with steam locos, only diesels. I have only recently discovered some of the grasses and other textures. How am I going?

LookingNWacrossdepot.jpg

Looking across the entrance to the depot. Engine shed is centre of screen with Engine Servicing on the left and Carriage shed in background. Some texturing done.

Steamshedfront.jpg

Closeup view of the front of the engine shed showing the grass textures in better detail.

EngineShedrearandFacilities.jpg

Rear of engine shed, coal and water provisioning in foreground and Service shed in background with ash collection just in front. Some textures added.

CarriageshedandFacilities.jpg

The front of the Carriage shed with its Service shed on the left. Some grass texturing done here too. Not up to the same standard as others here but its a learning curve. Thanks to Willem2 for some assistance in getting this to come to fruition.
Thanks
Glen.
