Australian screenshots

Hi guys

I will look at TRS 2012

My content manager for TRS 2009, the only version I have now, wont let me download anything, there is 1 item to be downloaded, and it syas that the server is full. What is wrong? What can I do to fix this?

Thanks, SARRailways

Ah, everyone has that problem, DLS has full servers constantly. Auran should really look into bigger servers... (TAKE THE HINT MODS)

Odd, I got a FCT, so the only time I get that 'server full' stuff, is when the DLS has gone bye-byes, or extremely 'rare' times, and I mean rarer than rocking horse manure.

Stevy - Free server - No profit

Stevy - Free Server - Maintainence costs

No profit made from free servers, so be lucky there's any free server

It's also a hell of an effective way to sell first class tickets. Wonder what would happen if the majority of users had first class tickets? Perhaps a sliding scale of priority with lifetime being the highest priority.

Can you please put returns between images

Other wise I have to set my screen to 25% zoom to fit your page in

this is how it looks to other users

Very annoying dude

Funny, I don't get that at all, I get them going down the page with a space between each one... maybe You Edited it Jamie :hehe:

Think that's an Explorer issue, with the pictures. I never get it using any other browser. IMO Explorer is the worst browser out there, It would be lucky to get started up once a year on my PC's

Nice pics btw Jamie :)

My layout.

It's about time that I posted some screenshots of my wip. I've been working on this for the last 8 months or so.

I'd be interested in any feedback or criticism. This is still very much a work in progress and needs a lot more texturing etc.

Whilst I can't compare with some of the photographs being thrown around of late (and such wonderful work it is too!), I'll just throw this out there.

It looks perfectly alright to me, especially the road crossing which is a difficult thing to get right. In fact several of your modules have been used for inspiration by me.

Buggajool, Western NSW, junction for the Boginderra line:

Still a WIP, started this weekend.

I plan to make this a decent sized route, not a module, and to that end have come up with a basic outline for the proposed route, outlined below:

----------------
NSW Narraburra Line is a fictional route, depicting a busy late steam-era branchline servicing wheat growing areas in the state's West.

Starting at the rail hub of Yarranjerry, the line runs in a North-Westerly direction for roughly 200 Kilometres, through mostly flat country to the terminus of Narraburra, long straights and easy grades characterizing the line.

Two lines split off the Narraburra Branch, to service outlying areas, these being the 114 Kilometre Boginderra line at Buggajool (140K's), and the 65 Kilometre Lake Burchen line, at Morton Junction (165K's.)
----------------

Any comments would be most welcome, however not about the screenshot; I know that needs work!:hehe::hehe:

Matt, Excellent to see you starting a large route . You sure have the ability as shown in your screenshots of late.

Matt, you don't get yourself enough credit, I think the screen shot is quite good, and as always your shots improve with every posting.

Matt.

Railways, very nice. Another route in progress to await release :)

Muliebuck, that shot is really interesting. I like it a lot.

Davido, Great shots as always. But question to stir the masses, no V set in those shots LOL.

Trent, that was a joke. I was referring to the fact that there were streets laid out, but no actual houses or shops, hence these->:hehe::hehe:.

But yes, I do tend to criticize myself more than is necessary.

After all, we are our own harshest critic.

@Davido, :udrool::udrool::udrool::udrool:
