In The Field

Good Morning Everyone;

Well Peter; you have again out done yourself. That is indeed Yamarran on the BVL but your missing the station board that is stuck on the side of the building. I remember my father getting hopelessly lost in that region and took a wrong turn. We ended up at that exact railway station; I was in awe of the massive yards and I tuged on my dads trousers; an asked as any little 6 year old;:hehe:
Daddy "When is the next train?"
Michael; Its comming next week!

I found out that the trains ceased running in the late 90's; think my father was just being modest to cheer me up.:p
Is their any chance that you could make something for the Main Southern Railway around next month, I will send something as an early Xmas Present.

BIG Congrats to those who have churned out awesome screenshots; Ghosty, Ryan, Patchy, Glen, Even and all the other mob.
Kind Regards

Can't help but notice the seasonal splash of colour in the real world at the moment... the idea of this experiment was to bring some of this into Trainz without going overboard. I think stage one of the experiment comes up ok.

Nice pics Ryan and FR
I have a problem with a module I'm moduling

It's too bare, need some trees, but it will still be too bare

See? I'm nowhere near done, and it won't be uploaded, it uses beta concrete tracks, textures not on the DLS, and the coaches or van isn't either

Its needs a Steam Special

Hey Jamie,

You could slap an R Class somewhere, becuase the yards could take it. Steamrail special on your new line, that should get the foamers going :hehe: I love the route; just keep going and your will suprise us.

Cheers

Hi all,

Some nice shots from everyone the last few days, and some nice looking content in development at the moment as well. I might have to post a few shots of my own, if i can come up with something presentable.:o

Jamie, I agree with rbar_164. You have no idea how it's going to turn out until you try. Just plant a few trees, and see how it turns out. You could be pleasantly suprised.

Matt.

HeHe, cheeky me
Matt and Steve were right

And I'm going too try thumbnails

And some re-skinned rusty track

Here is my re-enactment of the WE39 bike train tour of April '91.

The real WE39 charter climbing the grade between Cullen Bullen and Baal Bone Junction on April 20th, 1991.

That, Jamie is something I would gladly change. With respect to their Alco heritage, there isn't enough smoke either (maybe the reason for how clean they are?).
For the fans of the old NSWGR, guess which famous once-a-year working this is. Bonus points for those who can spot the (possibly authentic) irregularities in the conisist. Even more bonus points to those who can name the features which distinguished these three locos (4104, 4102 and 3134) from their classmates.
