Why does the catenary only go over part of the bridge?

I believe it's the program, rather than what Ryan has done (or might appear not done!).

I've noticed at certain views/angles, telegraph wires appear "chopped" at the section where it is closest to the perceived camera.

Tonight's image goes back to the late 1950's NSWGR...

Correct, happened with TRS10. Oh well.

Yes they are the Bolt Locked Indicator Switchstands.
But the only one's i have come across so far are here http://www.steamranger.org.au/enthusiast/signals2.htm at the bottom of the page.
I do remeber seeing them years ago there where 2 sets 1st set where tall and used on the main lines,
The 2nd set where around knee high and used on a turning triangle.

I will keep looking for more and if i can find some i will send them for you to have a go at.

Thanks

Poul
There is one similar to this at Parkeston in Western Australia.

Cheers

David

Great shot as per usual, Forest_Runner. You amaze me with your awesome shots! Keep em' coming:udrool:

Daniel

Can say the same about your own artworks too, mate.

@ forrest, where did the 12 wheelers come from?

I'm not sure if you're serious or playing around, Pete. They're yours!! Some reskins of Magicland's coaching stock, that you uploaded in a BVX, FAM & KAM pack in Feb '04. It's Trainz SP3 content, but with a bit of work, they come up alright in TS2010.

Today's random image features operations based on the newly arrived FreightRail era in NSW, in fading light on Axe-man's legendary route...

Hi all,

Great shots from all lately.

I am now patching up to the latest 09 build, and as soon as that is done, i shall be downloading Axe's route, just to see what all the fuss is about!:hehe::p

Matt.

Ditto :D. I have just got Trainz back onto the computer (after finally working out how to install it without downloading or using the disc) :hehe:

New train question.

The first of the annual CoF Stram trains to Toowoomba departed this morning, and I caught up with it at a few points.

<<snipped to compact>>

Ryan

Ryan,
Don't mean to be picky as your shots are so good, but can you tell me when QR went into "Stram" trains?? They have similar look to Steam trains though :hehe: :hehe: . Sorry, couldn't resist. And I did try. Moving along. There's something I've been thinking about that has had me intrigued. You posted shots quite a while ago of the Airport link. What did you use for the viaduct ?? Its got a unique design that as far as I'm aware doesn't have an equal in Trainz. Was thinking of modelling it once but I have problems with Gmax.
Regards
Glen

Oh, well, in that case...:hehe::hehe:

Actually, i haven't posted shots for a few days, so i can do that.

Also, nice shot Forest_Runner.

@Pinza,

I have no idea, but I'll pinch that arrangement for my own use, thank you very much!:D

Edit: Looking at it, though, it does seem awfully familiar. Is it Berry, on the South Coast, circa 1913-ish?

Matt.

D9007_Pinza, it's kind of a bit hard to pick due to no reconnaissable detail. Nice start though!

Keep the pics coming Forest! Those twelve wheelers are a bit out of the loading guage though haha!
