Simply stunning! I am always a fan of the Candy 81 Class!

As far as freight operations go for the era you have there (with the Candy locomotives), you'd not be stretching the truth even if you had a mix of NSWGR locos/rolling stock (the brown locos), and the Freightcorp locos (dark blue). I'd be hesitant to use any Pacific National locomotives though (blue and yellow).

As far as the freight side of operations, Freightrail was broken off from the SRA - this was simply a new name and colour scheme for the freight locomotives and business, and was then made into a separate corporation (Freightcorp). Freightcorp was then bundled with National Rail and sold to Pacific National.

Thank you everybody :D those links are very useful, and thank you for the advice. I just wish i could download :'(

Thank you everyone.

Dennyson st, Rockhampton huh? Must be a route from a fair while ago, as to the best of my knowledge, its been converted back (!) to single line, bi-directional running. Either way, I agree - looks fantastic and I for one would love to see a Rockhampton route - particularly its fairly extensive yards :)
Yeah this is set in the 1960's to allow running of steam and diesel, but could go into later years too up to late 70's. I've made a fair bit of stuff for this trees, houses and ground textures. Also both willem2 and Ben Dorsey have made some items especially for this. Ben made Alexandra Bridge and the old Rocky station and canopy. The rail yards have been fully modeled with garratt shed and 360 degree turntable. Still have to make a few more buildings for this so may be at least 2-3 months before it's ready to be uploaded.
Cheers Will

Good things come to those who wait Falcon500, I'm sure for such wonderful creations, we can all exert some self-control and be patient :)

sometimes in gmax you will see an effect similar to the triangular blue pieces in your livery. by adding a smooth modifier you smooth them out to achieve a uniform surface. You need do nothing, it's just a similarity to a problem in gmax thats all.

I'd hazard a guess at some sort of VR guard wagon, seems too big to be a shunter flat wagon, but I'll admit, I'm not that knowledgeable about VR rolling stock :)

Anyway - I got bored, so I got...creative. Anyone have need / use for a (at the longest straight) a 800m, four road shunting yard, with smaller masalling yard, also at four roads? No texturing, minimal scenery placement, and no signals/etc.

The fences/trackside weeds/etc will be removed.

Wow looks fantastic :D please escuse the ignorance but what is a masalling yard? How many base boards is this on? :)

Thank you

Zec, would I be correct in assuming it is a ballast plough?

I'd be keen to see some NDFF's, although they would have rather limited use. The ballast ploughs used in NSW would make an interesting model (albeit a complicated one), although the crew vans were converted from normal guards vans, iirc?
