Enginespec testing on the new C44s with their maximum tonnage up the Main South (2171t per loco), behaves very realistically so far :)

Cool shots everyone! Loving the main south progress Jamie! :D

I haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd post some progress shots of the Hunter Valley. :)

Great shots. Really looking forward to this route too.

Excellent shots all!

Thanks mate, right back at you. Matty is definitely shouldering a lot of the load of the South. Luckily between Coota and Goulburn there's next to no big cities, so progress is reasonably quick with scrapbook and rural areas

Unfortunately, I can't say the same with my other WIP, here's a Broadmeadows-bound Tait/swing door set climbing up the bank into Glenroy - still a whole lot of houses to place in Melbourne. The tait and swing doors are a very newly in game project with still a fair bit of work to go

Cheers,
Jamie

Seeing H222 posted some south shots I thought I would give a little update with some screenies. Route progress has been coming along nicely. Route is now extended to a decent standard most of the way from Goulburn to Goondah (Which is a couple kilometres shy of Binalong). Around 120km overall however around half of that requires a bit of an update of scenery. Mainly being the section between Gunning and Jerrawa. I have also been working on a bit on some Sydney scenery. Some of these screenshots include triple NR's passing the abattoir at Cootamundra West, A Fletchers train at Enfield Yard, 8176 sitting at Delec, Entrance to Port Botany and a diverted Fletchers train at Yass.

To quickly and almost painlesslly do housing, do a group of 3 or 4 houses with trees textures and light posts, then copy and paste. Groups of 2 houses when diagonal across a baseboard. Interchange the houses occasionally for variety. You will get the hang of it quickly. See my Main West shots of Orange for clues. After doing the Illawarra route I developed an aversion to urban areas, lol.
cheers
Graeme
