Keeping the Peace and The Law.

A two quick items from myself; as I have not had much this weekend or the start of this week due to work to be around my content creation. But I am planning of making a start on a few Police Station and Courthouse drawings that I require for the Central Division while I go on holiday leave in two weeks. To kick things off, I have a 1958 to 1981 Police Station Sign, later from 1982, a little blue flashing light was added but these were replaced with the current signs. This version below is modelled as per 1959. Enjoy :)

Also a old WIP of a 1951 BSA A10 - Police Motorcycle. That I shall finish off.

Hi All,

As my extra large signature suggests (which I'll resize soon) The QR Q series flat wagon beta is available now they may not be as correct as some people pride them selves on being. Now the only version a BETA tester will get is the QFCA with my custom bogies. These ones didn't have wood decks like the other Q series flat wagons.

Thanks,

Alright mate; i am done putting up with you. Lets get some things straight as it seems you are here just to troll and cause trouble.

Firstly, your NOT associated with RHQ - not on the listing database nor do carry the right to call yourself on this fourm or public sphere. So remove the tag if you may.

Secondly, word of advice; NEVER single out anyone to cause ridicule. If you got a problem with someone, keep it to yourself or take it to the mods. Instead of just trying to cause embarrassment to other people who are minding their own business. I can take constructive remarks but when people go too far; then that crosses the line.

Thirdly, you are wrong! yes; I used some parts from the original model to work into making the police motorcycle which is a different model but used the same standard BSA parts. The remaining model is my own work. I am yet to post an update of the model with mesh detailing QLD plates, police satchel, radio and visor.

I shall be refering the matter to the mods about the conduct and the banner which is out of size.

trainz89, mate just how much of your Trainz assets have been created from the ground up? Quite a few seem to have been modified from existing meshes with no acknowledgement to the original creator. A few months back you emailed me asking for my building meshes and that you'd credit me as the creator. Yeah sure. I didn't bother to reply. It's not that hard to take a mesh change or add details or add new textures. Starting with a blank canvas to create something new requires a lot of work, even a seemingly simple building. To be brutally honest you come on the and criticize others creation saying I can do better. Surely Greg Cash's BB18 is a fine creation IMHO one of the best locos he's made. But of course you can make a better one.

At the risk of getting myself into trouble. Have actually messaged a moderator over this exact thing, also providing evidence, and have received no reply to date. (Checked my messages folder and I sent message May 3rd 2015). Best advice would be to do exactly what you are doing falcon. Be careful who gets copies of any content you have made particularly if it can be slightly modified and called the persons own.

Refer me all you want mate I'm fine with it. p I've always gone off the fact in Australia we have "free speech" and your more then welcome to have your say. I'm sure Zec will understand this as he also doesn't have a gun put to his head when he writes something about the government and enjoys having an opinion. As for the banner thing I've changed it to keep you happy :) I am happy to get banned it doesn't worry me.

Cheers,

@Trainz89, How would you know if SWAN12345 is a member of RHQ or not? Is it because you run and own RHQ? I also noticed you call yourself the "QR Deputy Commissioner", I dont blieve you have the right to call yourself that after your experiences with QR and not to mention other railways in QLD. have to agree with Falcon, All you do is recreate and use other peoples meshes. Look at your PB15's, there nothing but retextured PB15's from Auran. Greg Cash has done a superb effort with creating the BB18 and C17's and this is so that they made it into T:ANE. Have any of your PB15's made it into T:ANE Trainz89? Maybe consider creating something from the ground up and something no one has done yet instead of being the "Right one" and critizise others Including myself when you cant even do such simple things yourself.

@Falcon500, Nice screenshot mate and while I'm on the topic of models, Any chance of any new ones coming out soon? Looking forward to adding them into some of my routes just like how a lot of your other content has.

My rant is over, Enjoy your afternoon and evening.

Whaaa ! He's picking on me Mods. Smack him. Ban him. Whaaaaaa! GROW UP. Plenty more people I'm pretty sure are sick of you. No wonder most of the originals are no longer in the game or on this forum or both. Idiots like you. What's the matter ? Hit a nerve did he ? Seems to me that is the idea of content creation. To MAKE the content from the mesh up. What happens when one of your "creations" stuffs up in game. Hmm. Who do they complain to about which part as not ALL of it is yours. Under this guise we could get a Ford frame, put a Holden motor in it then fit it out with Kia, Toyota, Hyundai, Proton, Suzuki, Honda or whatever other parts we like. Maybe call it the Git or just Sham. But who would the owner complain to when it breaks down. Would depend on what part was faulty wouldn't it ? Seems to me you've been a protected species since landing here. Plenty of things should have had YOU banned but here you still are. Either take the criticism or get out.
So here it is then. Explain these
1.http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showt...shots/page1867 Post no. 28004

2.http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showt...shots/page1895 Post no. 28424

And SMAN, I'd really find another moniker. Pretend Commissioner ? Got one of them lazing around in here already and he's enough trouble.

Rant finished and so am I.
Won't be back in here for a while.
Regards
Glen

Glen mate!

I have to hand it to you... You hit the nail on the head.

Michael all I can say is people would treat you better and respect you more if you held off. Just join QPSR or some place. Instead of trying to have your own group get smacked in the face with the cock of reality and realize a 20 something year old is not going to have his own steam engine and heritage railway. All I can say is good luck buddy - your future is bright

Regards,

Thanks,

Here's another one from the early 1860's.

these engines ended there lives as stationary from 1872, it is believed in early 1860's No.38 and 40 where hired to The Melbourne and Essendon Railway Co.

Cheers.

@ Little Bondi thanks for the comments. I have a few building projects, Terminus and Swan pubs from Rocky. A few houses QHC 40's and 50's and maybe some 30's houses. Shot of QR PB15 modified from Auran files, added new buffers and moved headlight. I think maybe the only one like that.

Reskin it and call it yours!

The RM was a bit hard to get started, at 100PSI steam chest I couldn't get it to budge, got it moving by rocking it back and forwards.

Here's another old loco.

just wish I knew how it was painted, documents say after VR got them from Geelong & Melbourne Railway Co. they painted numbers on them, a photo of one at Williamstown early 1860s shows it in some form of 2 tone Green, another source says the VR went with the British practice of 2 tone green, white lining, bright red, a red/brown on the frames, copper smoke stack top and polish brass fittings, as G&MRC was run by British share holders I guess it's where the 2 tone green came from, VR and G&MRC also shared tracks between Williamstown and Spencer St.

There where only 4 of these goods engines built, in 1859 one was sold to contractors for building Geelong-Ballarat Railway and was named Cornish, in 1860 another one was sold to Melbourne and Hobson's Bay Railway with the two others going to VR as numbers 19 and 21.

Cheers.
