Product Of English Electric, Rocklea Update

Hello Everyone,

It has been a while since I posted on the fourms as I usually by pass this thread on my way to various English trainz sections of the fourms. Now I shall hopefully resolve some questions.

Stevo: In regards to my SAR SMC #1 'Coffee Pot', they did not make any forms of trailers but it was based of a proposed design that was submitted to Birmingham, Wagon & Carriage Company by the SAR, the design was approved but nothing become of it. So as Electro requested those 'trailer' carriages, I was happy to make them for his own private amusement. As we both have a long standing working partnership and after some prodding by him to make the trailers as I was a devout purist.

In regards to the beta, at this stage there is alot of refinements before I can place or call betas of the SMC; I will have to build the interior and add extra details to the motor. I am in no hurry at present as I have other committments than in trainz. So hopefully I will keep everyone posted and work shall begin when time becomes avaliable. :)

Littlebondi: You mentioned about those sleepers in patchy's shot - I think from memory they are called LAYING TIES - and very good work so far with Beaudesert. It is good to see some of my content being used and the yard that I edited is comming along nicely. :D

Now with all the post taken care off, here is a recent addition that will be making it way shortly onto the Download Station; after final some refinement and correction of course; I now proudly present to you my QR English Electric 1620 - Post 1970s conditon.

It's very gusty in Geelong today, had to close the windows as it seems like the wind will blow the screens off, lol.

whoa, Deja Vu! :hehe:
It pretty windy on the other side of Melbourne, too, Azza... I was about to quote a funny joke but on second thoughts it might not be very appropriate :p

Cheers
Stevo

While spending most my afternoons restoring a QR Fairmont MT14 section car #607 that I purchased, along with another QR section car #537 which is also a MT14, I wiped this up in my spare time.

Logan Village - Still a long way to go

Been on holidays last few weeks and was out touring the Darling Downs. This looks exactly like some of the little church halls I saw while out there. Well done falcon. Keep up the good work. This will add to some Aussie routes in the future I am sure

I beleive that that is one of falcon500's last models. I was told by people that he is leaving trainz due to the same reasons as most QR modelers and others who just dont get any support like how I do and I am very tempted to join that list.
