Nice shots guys.

Hard to tell with the ngle, but are they milk tankers up the front of that train, Patchy? If so, could I ask where they came from, if available for download?

G'day!

A quick announcement from me.

Trainz89 and I have been discussing the creation of a replica of the Old Ghan line from Port Augusta right through to Alice Springs. This route will NOT be follow the exact route of the real line, instead it will be a factual representation based off the route. The route will include landmarks and points of interest based off things that were along the Ghan route like the Pichi Richi Railway and the Algebuckina Railway Bridge. It will also feature locations that are named after towns the line served like Port Augusta, Marree, Quorn and others.

This will be a MAMMOTH project. Myself and Michael hope to build the seven-hundred and fifty kilometers of the line as it's real life counterpart once was. We need as many members as possible to jump on in this project with us and help us along with it. So any of you Aussie Narrow Gaugers, please help myself and Michael to acheive our goal of building this route!

Cheers!

Jake.

Been trawling through the threads came across this one
I am a bit dumbfounded
If you are going to create 750 kms of this why would you not you follow the exact route
If my maths are right it would be 1000 baseboards in a straight line
Any how good luck on building this route

Cheers,
Patchy

Hi all,

Another small item I started work on a while ago but only just recently finished. I might even have a go at making a version with working lights if I can work out how .
