@NSWGR_46Class,

Is there of a slight chance, you could please make a QR DH Class, as Walkers Limited in Maryborough, Qld build them alongside the Emu Bay 11 Class.

Ok it does cause me great pain to admit that yes the Cowra Loco may spit out a QR DH class loco - thats if I ever get over the pain that I now have from seeing what you Queensland guys did to our 73 class units - ok I guess you built them in the first place so I might just forgive you for rebuilding them.

Here is a comming later photo - A EBR 10 class and the cane loco in game

just comes up with unable to download couldn't obtain a download url
No what error are you getting for the K set =
if you edit the config and remove the line with 1854:1748:1 in it it will fix - it s a referance to a test bogie thats not needed in finished model - but you must be missing the update bogie as this also fixes this problem

@NSWGR_46Class,

Looking good so far, I can email you pictures and diagrams of the QR DH. Oh don't forget to put in the QR Red Swiggle.

I did not personally agree with the conversion and distroying of the NSWGR 73 class to Cane Interests aswell as the QR DH. It was a sad day but such is progress.

OK the DH class, without drawings, all you will get is a kitbashed 73 class,which will be innacurate and you wont like. I have a side on outline drawing, but these locos appear to be very different in photos with radiator grills in one or both ends? If someone has end on drawings then Dave and I might be able to give you something better also with photos there appears to be a huge difference in the green livery , some of it looks almost blue_green (yuck). We look forward to hearing from you
cheers

Re QR DH class
The class entered service without the yellow lining that was added later as the units come in for overhaul The class entered service in 1966 (on a gamble from Walkers of Maryborough and was acquired in 1968). The QR logo was applied from the 1970's the cab side numbers originally featured the DH prefix but was dropped in the late 1980s early 1990s before withdrawal and units 1-9 became 01-09 at this time the cab side grey patch was removed. The cab and numbers on the headstocks were increased in size. There are a couple of shots linked below and one taken of DH08 showing the colour of the QR Logo. W1 which became DH01 was an orphan from what i have been able to ascertain as it was never fitted with multiple unit. W1/DH1 also never had the overhang or eaves on the cab like the remainder did. DH71-73 came fresh from the factory with Auto/Knuckle Couplers. All body numbers were in yellow. the illuminated number boards featured DH and the unit number in all for for the entire career, with exception maybe oh WH1.

The DH class had the radiators in the short hood end only.

Now that's a beauty! :udrool: Despite what some WA gunzals think of the Westrail livery, I love the orange and blue era - it's a bright and distinctive livery that became synonymous with the WA government operator. And it looked good on the M and MA classes. Great work Bear! :D

I can't wait to see what you have planned next (I'd personally love to see the current PTA Transperth version, as shown in a photo I took last year of 1862 in this livery: http://i581.photobucket.com/albums/ss258/Enkidoh_Roux/100_0434.jpg ). Either way Bear, your content just keeps getting better and better!

Not sure if I can do the present PTA Livery I would need some very good photos of the sides and front of the loco square on which are hard to find on the net

Hmmm, I might be able to track something down (unfortunately my own side shots I took of 1862 in that livery other than the one I linked have an annoying cyclone-mesh fence in the way). I have seen other side shots of it though online though - I'll see what I can find. :)

The PTA Transperth logo though is easily located on the Transperth website (http://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/).

EDIT: as a start I found these shots on the HOWARAS website of 1862 - they're not exactly square on but they cover the loco from many angles: http://wastations.i8.com/Locomotives/ma/MA1862.html

I'm still looking for clearer shots though.

Big shout out to David for the new catenary set. It has helped to make wiring a route properly when it comes too stations especially. I'll post a shot a bit later.

Thanks David!! :)

Hi guy's. A couple of progress screenshots of the TS2012 version of Oxford to Queens route. Been slacking off with Trainz for a couple of weeks/months. Too many other games/life to play with, but I want to get this out the door soon.

Before I release the new version of the route. I would like to hear any comments/suggestions/complaints about the TS2010 version, so that I might change/improve the TS2012 version.

Thanks.

I for one have no complaints with the TS2010 version Axe, Apart from there being not enough Freight Session's LOL. And the pic's you just put up for the 12 version look just as good mate.

Cheers Mick.:D

Absolutely - Big Thanks from me as well to Davido. Outstanding Sir as in all your content.

@Axe1970 - Only one complaint (hehe) mate with the Ts2010 version of Oxford to Queens route is I keep running the sessions instead of working on the finishing bits and pieces of my route. As always Axe, its an amazing piece of work. Looking very forward to seeing the 2012 version indeed.

Cheers

Trent
