Australian screenshots

Been playing around with gMax again lately (been avoiding the surveyor) and rebuilt the station buildings you could find on the East Hills line. They turned out much better this time with the additional details done to the guttering/drainage.

I'll try release once I have adjusted them for the different stations. The first one was the main one with the other two just being basic reskins for testing (they required structural differences). Panania is the last one with major differences as the brickwalls are rendered and painted.

These could probably be used on other Australian themed routes.

Patchy again your work is great!!

reminds me....
has bills put his truck-track on the dls yet??

after seeing it the other week and the trucks I have been looking for it ..

so I can replace all the roads in my route with truck-track.

targanon and Deadly, some very interesting content you've made there, certainly something that would be easy to find a home for on many routes!

now this is what I'm talking about every time I think I'm getting somewhere there is a beautifully created peace of art placed in the these pages.. to make me aspire to be as good!!

Beautiful 301 just beautiful.

Hey again guys, getting some progress done on Gum tree valley, i thought i would upload another pic of some action. In this one we see 1520 and 1508 crossing over the connection road to Hills corner, a small town on my layout, Gum tree valley. This train is bound for a large town called Waterhole some 120 kilometres away. I hope you like it and please feel free to comment :)

Hello all,

@Steveo - Love the shots mate, always enjoy seeing your screenshots :)

@ Targanon - Mate, great stuff indeed.

Been tinkering around today, trying hard to get my main city truly finished.

A few Surveyor shots of Hammond City Station(City in background) I just have been able to be happy with this part of my route, so I am always tinkering with this section......I am finally be pleased with it.

Now electrify it :p

Seriously though, nice work, can't wait for its release.

Actually I am going to have an electrified version as well (main line only) for the people that are V Set mad etc I have been working on placing the electrification lines on my alt version slowly but surely. That shall keen the Electro drivers happy :)

I hope to have non electrified version released very soon. I am working out 2 kinks in the session to accompany it and I think once I am done with Hammond City, time to upload it. Santa shall hopefully deliver it to the DLS all going well.

Worked out why my screen shots of late have been rather bland, had my view distance down to 2000 instead of 5000, think that had something to do with it.

Cheers

Just a couple more.

Between Dinmore and Ebbw Vale.

Ebbw Vale cheers ghosty

Scott, same mistake as last time; you left me out of the Ebbw Vale station watching a 1200 car body English Electric haul the green carriages on a suburban in the mid 1970s :hehe: :hehe: I think I have or had a slide of it somewhere here as I knew people who lived on Brisbane Rd near the station and I saw that train when I was visiting.

That high voltage line easement between Dinmore and Ebbw Vale is the route of the recycled water pipeline or at least I think it is?

As usual, very thought provoking and enjoyable.

Cheers

@ Ghostryder... you keep lifting the bar...

Not much more left on the shed. just the fuel pumps and hoses .. not sure how to make hose that look good without them being to huge poly wise.. and I'm starting to get up there with this low quality shed...
but once I have the diesel pumps sorted I can get onto the scripting to make it work...

Still working on my NSW route. Ive just completed the track laying of the Yard for Coal and Grain. Still have to texture this part. Its based on Newcastle Area but the yard is my own design.
