Timo: Great work your route looks interesting wouldn't mind giving it a drive

1 from me:
R711.jpg

R711 charges up the grade to Wattle Creek on its first mainline trip for a extended period of time

Thanks guys, I'm starting to look into the location of all the dependencies and am righting up a Readme with their locations (will take awhile) As to the reksinned content, I've got that to do to. Either way, there are some goods coming your way (I'm not saying what they are though, you'll all have to wait and see)

Cheers
Tim

Please may I have a copy of your route young Tim as well, it'd be nice to drive some of David's new locos on it, I may even enter a screenshot in the weekly competition thread, but, I won't expect any voting favours, of course......:hehe:

Cheerz. ex-railwayman.

Well, I got a reply from one of the creators and have a green light. As soon as I get a reply from the other it's upload time

Spent some more time around Faxton...

R720 passes the wheat silo with a down 'Peanut'
Faxton19.jpg

The fireman replenishes the fire as the R waits for a cross with a freight
Faxton20.jpg

Said freight exits Faxton cutting with consolidation J515 in charge, one of 2 Js that survive today in steam
Faxton21.jpg

The R blows off (an embarrassing thing for the crew) as the freight enters the passing loop
Faxton22.jpg

R720 makes a brisk departure north
Faxton23.jpg

Faxton24.jpg

Having received the staff the J too continues on south, 400+ tons in tow

QR Activity of the Last Week Or So

Morning all

The first scene today is of an empty coal trundling through Laidley

It's Ekka time again, and that means more trains. A crowded EMU sits at Oxley on Thursday morning
ryanmcc201108100004.jpg

Yesterday was the first day of steam loops. BB18 1/4 1089 (1015 in Trainz) sits on the shunting neck at the former Campbell St level crossing waiting for the shunters to set the road so we can collect the SX set. While the fireman is hard at work, I get to watch the passing parade
ryanmcc201108120002.jpg

And we're off! Heading past Normanby on our way to Roma St for the first pickup of the morning
ryanmcc201108130008.jpg

Right into the swing of things now
ryanmcc201108130013.jpg

Waiting for the right-away from the platform staff at the arrivals platform
ryanmcc201108130016.jpg

After a marathon run to the departures platform (about 200m), we wait for any rail fans to hop on for a ride through town

I can't believe the ignorance of some people. Doesnt' he know that there's history right in front of his book?!
ryanmcc201108130010.jpg

Later in the evening, after the EMU had been running around all day, somebody finally threw up over the carpet after too many strawberry ice creams and dagwood dogs. We're in the SMU and are about to follow the EMU onto the main line to pick up its working once it discharges its passengers

I was lucky to get a cab ride thanks to the driver. Approaching the station

The train passes the shed. In the background, over the pit, is R711 being steamed up.

This is not my pic. But it looks like Aussie content.

Can I please get the name of cars and if you guys know where I can find them.

hert:wave:

P.S. some amazing shots guys.

I believe those are Japanese EMUs. If you want some Sydney S Set double decks, type in username "cjennin" on the DLS.
