Looks good Pete, another 'must have' for the NSW nuts (Or is that grains:o:p) among us. (please don't hurt me.)

Raichase, thanks for the advice. I think i'll settle on the late 80's and early 90's for the era. That way i can run a 442-hauled express passenger, over an electrified line past one of Davido's V-sets- if and when we get them, that is.

Oh, and stop with the poetics, you're not making my job as a route-planner any easier, what with the ideas you've just given me.

Matt.

Peace offering?

I have refocused on NSW for a while, a few things were annoying me in regards to my QR work which is on hold until further notice. so i thought i would dable in NSW stuff for a while. Maybe in a few weeks i will revert back to QR stuff again.

That looks just perfect for half a dozen things I could think of Pete - also, did you upload those old/weathered station buildings? I can't remember if you did or not - as I've been itching to use them :)

That is a coal loader, I think I did well with my landscaping, what about my texturing??
Jamie

Jamie, put it this way: i wouldn't go out wearing my camouflage gear, that's for sure.:hehe::hehe: Seriously, it looks OK to me, but it's not what i think that counts, it's what you think that matters.

Raichase, your peace offering is graciously accepted. I like those shots, and especially that last one of the bridge.

Matt.

Jamie:
For your texturing, start with a medium colour at about half radius and apply to your route while holding }] or [{.
Then apply different textures with a radius of 2 little green bubbles while holding {[ or }] to cover about 50% to 90% of the cover in the other asorted colours. Try to make sure the other colours are similar.
Save the darkest colours to put under individual trees to represent shadows.
Finally, apply ballast textures under the track, with a colour that is as close to the track ballast colour as possible.

I use textures on the DLS by Zec (S301), under TS2009 and TS09.

This is what I do and it seems to have a good efect. Play around with it till you get what you like.

I suggest you move your cuttings over so they are closer to the track to ad great effect. I also suggest useing 'cliff z' for that section you have layed. Its has a nice slope to it, but it is your choice.

Pete:
Thats another little peice of detail that deserves a medal:hehe: good on ya':D

@bear, dont know, I saw a pic of it on the "lambing flat"site (o gauge layout) luckily it had an S wagon parked next to it, that allowed me to start scaling it. It's as close as I could get it from the pic still has some mapping to do and add a concrete floor under the lean to apparently thats where RU's dumped the grain. might add a pallet of flour bags placed on the verandah
@ mullie I have uploaded those building, awaiting approval

@ghosty, what is that large building(s) in the back ground ?kuid

cheers
pete

@ Bearcat245, Yes that flour mill has appeared in a number of photographs in AMRM. I don't know which flour mill it was based on, but I know it is a modified Heljan Brewery kit.
@ad602000, I think you mean HO ;) I look forward to seeing this structure on the DLS. I have just the place for it on my "rebuilt" Wadalbavale-Karrah Bay line.
