Forest_Runner, nice shot as always. Railwayz, thanks for the advice, i'll extend the approaches by a few hundred metres; that should make it a little more efficient.

I am just completely stumped in thinking where I have seen that signal box before:hehe:

mitch, you need to be sure you are using the garratt with the 1854 kuid(victrainz) the 63971 is way out dated. The 57 and 58 are due to be updated and will be in the future

Furthermore, I believe the GSPE ran to Sydney and Canberra quite a few times, aye Mitch?
Sorry this is so late. Have been away from the computer for a few days and have been catching up. Actually, I think the GSPE only went between Cairns and Sydney. It would go into Acacia Ridge for bogie changes in between each trip ie back from Cairns, out to AR overnight then back to Roma Street for the trip to Sydney. Worked it a few times before it went bust and was mothballed.

Boy these shots remind me when I was young, sitting and waiting for the whistle but also the beat of either a 500 class or a 520 near Taliem Bend

Big stuff.

Keeping the heavy haul industry busy, some things don't fit on rail. :D

More from South Australia....

*pictures snipped sadly* Ah, truly inspirational - your own work? I'm particularly impressed with the 'distressed' looking corro fence, the whole scene just looks tired and run down, and truly inspirational.

Bill: Once again, you astound me with such pictures - well done to you sir, well done :)

Thanks Mulie... yes my own work, which has in turn been inspired by yourself (not kidding!). Also wanted to try something away from the Eastern states, which monopolises this great thread.

Another one...

Possibly, but you never know. his site has been real quiet for sometime now. But cold be due to real life things, which take precedence over Trainz.

I am working on Nowra to Waterfall (DEM Based route thanks Seeseeme and Jerker for the DEM File), Though a slow process as I am building key buildings in Blender(Which I am teaching myself - Which I actually find rather easy to use)

Outlook for the route is an easy 12 more months + for even a beta run of track and basic texturing etc done.

Cheers

Trent
