Australian screenshots

Now there's some interesting shots.

Candy loco's pulling SRA coal hoppers, beside a pair of 82's on a grain consist. :hehe:

Haha,:udrool: If it looks almost prototypical then I am happy. I am not a rivet counter so there are heaps of errors in my sessions.

You should see the USA session I am building for my Sandy River route. ;)

Well, the candy colour scheme died out early 90's if I'm not mistaken, as did the SRA coal hoppers. Nearly everything became Freight Corp blue. And as far as I know, other that the odd occasion of a Special train, 82's are on nothing other than coal trains. As for the grain hoppers, I'm pretty sure they're far too recent to run beside any SRA Candy loco's.

But at least you're trying new things. I don't dare run anything else, A) because I don't like anything else, B) Im scared I'll get it wrong. :o

this what i do with my rail operation i set a time period for the route. i then find out what services rollingstock etc ran through the area and then try and copy those services, if you find yourself in doubt ask for help there are a lot of knowledgeable people out there who are happy to assist if asked. hope that helps you Jamez.

Cheers

I consider my knowledge of Australian standard gauge fairly accurate. It was International railways that I was referring to getting wrong. :)

Davido: What is the KUID for that coal loader?

I would consider Ghostryder's comments acceptable for ALL railways.
Not just Australian:o

624/724 take on a load of coal somewhere in the Barossa Valley during the monsoon season :D :D

Touche.

Very nice work, as always. Still love the coal loader :P.

I'm going the wuss option, and having the "coal loading point" on my new branch be a portal until it's out :P.

Don't expect to see NR's on this route much, but I couldn't resist, having taken a couple more photos of NR's today...
