A little something i have been working on tonight.... =]
new19m.jpg

Only problem i have gotten so far is lag due to the vast number of little dots that are on the platform. Is there anyway to cut the amount of polys used in gmax?
Feedback is all welcomed..

And this version with blue and yellow...

NSWGR - Blacktail (Abandoned Station/Yards)

Just a little something I'm tinkering with in TRS2010 - I may switch Boobless_Ed's trees for speedtree - I'm not sure yet.

Ideally, I'd love to see some old (non-functional) semaphore signals as trackside scenery objects, to help give that 'abandoned and forgotten' branchline look :)

IIRC, they're called "GBK" something. I'm guessing it means Gundagai Bridge Kit. There's a few different parts but that's what I mostly use. It's on the DLS & is a few years old.

Yes I do use consists. I have the NSW SRA 620 Railcar Candy saved as a consists (only two cars). However I did what you said to do, (save a Four Car consist) and I get an error.
"Thread exception ER_arrayOutofbounds" - This is for TS2009 Sp2

I have you and a few other content creators also saved as filters so I can get to your content quickly. Which is another way I build consits.

I also get the same error for the NSWGR 720 railcar.

I did notice problems with saved consists on your 81 Class candy, but I thought that was a problem with trainz actually. Seems that the Running Numbers break.

regards

Yep, that will probably happen with all my scripted stuff.

The Candy 81 class script got broken in 09 .....from memory, I think you can fix it by editing in explorer and deleting "81loco_cd.gse" then copy "81loco_fc.gs" from the NSW Freight Corp loco and rename it "81loco_cd.gs" then commit them.

Just a screenie

Okay,

I tried that, but I still get an error on a saved consist of 2 or more locos.

I like the screenshot David. I would like to see that on my route. :) Esspecially the 442's. Very Drool worthy.

8204, 8249, 8107, and 8209 haul empties under the newly completed highway overpass which replaced the old 45 degree level crossing. Trains can now travel up to 40km faster.

Looking good!

It's better to just use textures for that IMO. Maybe you could try using some bump mapping for the tactile strips to give it a raised effect.

On a side note... not so impressed with TS2010. Not going to be migrating my route to it any time soon. :(

So do I - I remember downloading them for the first time when I had TRS04, probably one of the best models available for NSWGR/Freightcorp in that version! After downloading it, I had some sort of intense, condensed Hunter Valley map going with just 82 class running around (and the odd Xplorer).

A few hours after the Coalie passed through, a triplet of 48's on a Wheatie passes the same photographer heading in the opposite direction. This is the last frieght service for the Christmas Period on the line until Midnight Boxing Day.
