Hi All,

I'm slowly regaining interest in Trainz.... Great to see Australian screenshots becoming a hive of activity again! Will all our best content creators return? Who knows! Well anyway here is something I've been working on. It was a Sn3.5 model ready to be be 3d printed then scaled up and textured. So detail will be coming later when I can find motivation.

Its an Aurizon G class mineral gondola. A few are still floating around on the GNR Zinc trains but I did mine up like when they were running the Glen Geddis Nickel train with them. A bit to go till I am happy with them... You blokes down south have made me think I should pick up my game.. LOL!

hey everyone. just wondering if everyone has had trouble getting containers loaded onto their wagons in TANE? Container yard says there is containers but wont load train.

I didn't realise anyone used container yard anymore. Far easier to build your own

REDCLIFFE SCREENSHOTS
Here are a few screenshots of a new Australian rail-link route that I'm currently working on. This is the Moreton Bay electrified passenger line that will link Petrie to Kippa-Ring on the Redcliffe Peninsula (about 13 kms of double track) situated north of Brisbane. Petrie Station is where all the North Coast trains from Brisbane pass through heading for The Cape. At present, this rail-link is still under construction with six additional new stations being built while Petrie Station is being expanded from two to four tracks to cater for the additional flow. It is due to be officially opened by the Queensland Government mid 2016. This route was promised by many politicians for the past 100 years, so finally, it is a long time in coming.

My T:ANE route called "The Redcliffe Line" will also have a Session powered through Portals to maintain set timetables. It's a WIP but hopefully I will have my route finished before the Government completes theirs.

I would like to run QR EMU or QR SMU consists, but I have not seen any good quality assets (with opening doors, etc.) for these. I may have to be content with NSW CitiRail or Tangara sets instead.
If you'd like to see more, I'll post some more screenies.

I'm guessing you changed the shape of the series 1/2 nose as a quick build for a 3rd series nose.

No. 391 shunts a VOCY to the Goods Platform, can't wait till Zec releases the General Goods loads, it'll be fun setting up the VLEY and VOCY to carry them.

A little more work on "The Redcliffe Line" ... boosting the population, installing catenary, smoothing the track. A few more screenshots. Does anyone have some good QR EMU or QR SMU sets ???

Just noticed my dog has his paws buried in concrete. Might have to give him a lift!

Very very nice work Roy! As a fellow urban builder myself I can attest how much work you've put in so far. Impressive indeed.

As to the QR EMU's and IMU's, unfortunately I think you're stuck with whatever is available. IIRC there are some decent quality ones on the DLS? They're not payware quality but they're certainly satisfactory, and look the part, despite their age.

Well the GL's are now ready to go beta! Thanks to everyone for their kind words!

Edit: Thank-you to all who offered to beta test, I got quite a large response so won't be needing any more testers !

One beta testing is complete I will upload to the DLS and do the other liveries (Freightliner etc.)
