Alright, some fine shots of my WIP, I am just adjusting Coolangatta to the original format as she was in 1955, as I was correcting my earlier play around attempts to create the station and enviroments. I added the overbridge over the railway, railway reserve which adjoined the fenceline and the cutting though Kirra Hill. Lanham Street was correct to fit the UBD Maps from 1956, as I had it over where the present Chalk Street is now, which is sitting on the railway alignment. I have put in the stationmasters residence as listed in the Lands Department Survey of 1957, which was right next door to an amusement park. What a great place to have fun and trainspot at the same time. :D

Michael, you asked for our thoughts so I offer the following. Sorry I took so long as the answer only appeared extremely recently in the Sept Oct 2013 Sunshine Express magazine, P159, published by ARHS QLD.

Sorry, but no road over rail bridge there at McLean St Coolangatta. The
Sunshine Express magazine item is a June 1961 colour image from the present day court house site on the former rail formation looking back to the station over the top of the clearly seen McLean St rail over road bridge. Copy available by purchasing that magazine.

An earlier version looking up McLean St

The one in your first shot. I'm not being 'gimme pigging', I have other reasons.

ARG DFZ2405 is the one I refer to. Who made the original mesh?

Lets play a guessing game, are guessing games really allowed? >_>

I'll give a hint, they where fitted with a Hypoid Drive at No.2 end, and it's also something we don't have in trainz which we need for Modern VR.
Unlike the Harris/H Cars which have reached a dead end due to mesh and script complications and will continue with those next year, I thought I'll start a new passenger car project which won't have script complications :) .

Cheers.
