Two from today....

2315 and 1769D still in blue livery haul the Longreach bound Spirit of the Outback.

2355-2334 haul a coal train through Goodna. Little bit of shadow on the front, but first time I've taken a pic of a coalie at this spot. Not too bad a pic I guess.

Top one is a Class 57 'Thunderbird' (see the numbers on the side), there's one of those almost always sitting at the station around the corner

Thanks for including a few details class 143. I once slept on the tender of a locomotive in Bridgnorth shed. It was January and I was incredibly cold even after having had a couple(!) of pints of anti-freeze in the Railwayman's Arms! (quite a few years ago, I'm now older, wiser and sadder!)
