Appalachian Mountains route from TER

Some today from a layout by grogstop65 from Trainz Eastern Routes, John, as you know from these forums, does some wonderful skies for his routes, but this particular model demonstrates what can also be done with the many winter trees available, and when you add a periodic snow blizzard, and set the time to 05.00 am, you can see the effect.....Enjoy.

Thankz John and everyone on TER.

...snowed in, snowed out...

8) Great Pics Ex!

I remember Shane Stewart, produced some Chessie SD40's several years ago, available on the DLS, and TPR Download Depot, that would take on snow(as a attachment)...

Anyone else remember them?

Thanks for the comments guys, yes, I have got this attachment and the locomotives as well backyard, but cannot seem to get it to work properly. I added the bogey to the config.txt for each loco, but nothing showed up when I placed the locos in surveyor and went into driver, a pity really, I'm sure they would have made great screenshots.....:'(
I'm sure I may have done something wrong somewhere, maybe it's because I'm using TRS2004 SP2......Shane Stewart has made some fab locos, I'll try and find a few to take some more screenies.

Thank you for posting, there is nothing like watching someone enjoy my work, and than taking the time to show others.
I'm honored that you choose my route for your screenshot thread!

Again thank you!

John

I thank you for your kind words John and feel privileged in enjoying my hobby playing on such wonderful layouts. Being half blind, I am unable to create routes myself and as such rely on the many talented people around the world who generate such a wealth of treasures for us to drive our trains on, coupled to the fact that we have so many wonderful creators of foliage, buildings, textures, etc, etc, to be included on these routes. To be able to take screenshots of great routes is another hobby in itself, and one I am proud to participate in to allow others to be made aware of what is on offer to the community.

Hi,
A week ago, I registered at TER and have been waiting for approval from a staff member. Can anyone from TER help me?
I'd like to download this one.

Hi Jim, I went in today and tried to set up your account. I'm not to keen on the forum stuff but it says
Account Status:Activatedso I'm assuming all is well. Let me know if it works.

John:)

Hi John,
Still not able to get in.
This is what it's telling me when I try to log in:

"Account Pending Approval Currently your account is waiting for approval from a staff member. Once an administrator has approved your account you will get access to this forum."

I get this after I click on Appalachian Route. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
After I registered, on the 10th, I got an e-mail from TER giving me an activation code and a link.
I did that, and when I tried to log in, I got the above. And that's what I get every time I try to log in.
Jim
