Probably Phase IVb or V, although II and III work also, we need some cars to haul with Magicland's Amtrak GG1s.

Edit: BTW, the Amfleets are looking superb!

GG1 couldnt haul amfleets on their own, they were steam heated while the Amfleets were HEP, Id need to make a power car for the GG1, and idk if i want to make one atm.

Well , it is just a boxcar with HEP in it and Amfleet Stripes
