Adding Custom Buildings

Hi,

I was reading a tutorial on creating my own 3D building using three pictures of the building with a software (name slips my mind at this time). My question is, what is required besides the actual building file to load into trainz? if after creating the 3D image, i load in 3D Max will it then export to trainz with all needed files bundled?
