A variation Script for Portals?

I am just curious if there is a variation script for the portals, or if anyone's willing to make one..
What I'm thinking is, Most trains don't come every 5 minutes. Why not make a script that at random a minute is chosen, say put in between 15-30. so the first might come at 15, the next might be in 22, and the next in 30. It would have a max, and a min....
