A lot of missing dependencies when patching to version 127058

I tried to patch Trainz Plus to version 127058 but something went wrong and content manger shows a lot of missing dependencies. How can I fix the problem?

Post the KUIDs of the missing dependencies and maybe we can help find them. Right now there are a lot of YARN assets updated by JJEFF1955 that are missing dependencies because the refer to a YARN library that is missing dependencies. This has affected 6 or 7 or more routes that I have that use these assets. JJEFF1955 has uploaded the missing dependencies, but we are just waiting for them to show up in the DLS for downloading.

Most of the missing dependencies appear to be bushes and trees. Almost all of them are built-in.

I ran extended database repair and it fixed the problem.
