a little more help please

hi again people, im still new to Trainz Simulator 2009, and I can't fine any railroad crossings that are like, suit my layout im buulding. and iv seen the type of crossings i need before when i was just lookin around in building section. I can't find the country road crossing. Please help me if you can. thankyou.

Search the forum for ATLS which is a system to create just about any kind of crossing you want, the search the DLS for username bnsf50 who has a zillion assets that use the ATLS system...

I can't think of any types of crossings that haven't been made, from wigwags up to 4 track modern gates with pedestrian gates. Have you tried looking on the DLS? If it's just a rural unprotected crossing you're looking for, then maybe you just need to place the road across the track and then add a sign. Can you provide a link to a picture of what you want?

Look for Grade Xing Unprotected. These have the cross bucks without lights and you just hook the track and road to them.

umm now for the DLS i hate to tell yall this but i dont know what that is, if its somethin to deal with the computer i wont know it, im not really good with knowing things about computer, but DLS, i dont know what that is, i kinda found what crossing i need and now im using it, but if you can explain me what is DLS. that would most likely be help fun, and thank you all for helping me. but what is DLS?

DLS=Download Station
Look at the top of the forum on the right and click on Download Station. This is where the items for trainz are located and you can download them and put them in the Sim.
You need to register your serial number of the Sim here at the forum so that you can have access to more in the forum and also items on the Download station. When its registered the 09 icon will show next to your name. You can then also access the Download station through the Sim as well.

DLS = Download Station.... a place to download content for your game.
...... Look at the top of this page.... right side... see >> Download Station

But, may I respectfully suggest that you REGISTER your TS 2009 software.

ok thankyou i have already registered 2 days ago when i got this game. and i have to download things to the sim if i want.... thats cool. but there is one small problem.... this computer of mine don't have that much more space in it, so i can't really download anything else. and I did register if you didn't know. but thank you for helping me and explaining that to me, but i just cant download anything else to this computer... but i stilll have fun with the game.....

Registering a serial number is a slightly different process to registering for a Planet Auran account.

You will need to click 'Serial Number' above, then fill in the form.

Go to >>>> Serial Number<<<< and enter the 24 character alpha/numeric code that came with your purchase.

You need to click the ....down arrow....and select TS 2009 to enter your serial number.
