2010 Surveyor Question on "Bad" Textures and Assets

I recently upgraded my TS 2010 to 42203.

Now, I find many (over a 100) textures with an exclamation point in the selection tab in Surveyor.....and 100's of scenic assets (buildings, etc) in either pink or red in the selection list.

I have followed Auran's instructions on doing an extended database repair, but these "bad" assets are still present.

Anyone else run into this? If so, what did you do to repair the problem?

i downloaded the service packs 1 and 2...no problems now

I down loaded sp 2 but my ver of 2010 says i have newest sp and still showing stuff as haveing missing texture files

try compatibility mode

These texture files are easy to fix. Run the PEVtools on them, and it usually fixes them. Also check the config files for them. You might need to remove the Category Era tag, or the Name tag from them. These are both blank are aren't necessary for textures.

These fixes take about 4 seconds apeice when working on them in CMP.
