Ok, first of all, I am trying not to be a total pisser here. How long does it take to get 2010 from Auran? How long does it take to get an answer from helpdesk? It has been over 3 weeks and my order still shows "shipping pending". I could have bought it from Amazon and got it in 2 days...

Hello. I am working on a city scene in TRS2006 where lots of traffic is needed. In surveyor, I see tons of cars. In driver, there are a lot less, and sometimes none. Yes, I have the traffic turned on. Does anyone know the factors that affect traffic density or why sometimes there is none?
