It;s based a set drawings I saw last night. And as far as I know, CSX has no plans to paint a unit in the colors. Although I'm hoping after seeing this, they will change their minds.

They are made by jmann on the DLS and are called Level Crossing Signal.

Well actually its a return trip for an interchange train. The train it was pulling was much larger and needed that power, but BNSF only had 2 cars going back loaded with Wheat, so 3 big-EMD's ended up leading it back.
