Well K&L Trainz is kinda like Veggietales' animation, it started off not perfect but got a lot better overtime, but for K&L, the shift to amazing was somewhat as stark as Bojack Horseman

Edit, interesting the B&M Pacifics came in many varieties. 3700-3709 were built by Alco Class P-3a and had even running boards. 3710-3714 were by Lima Class P-4a while 3715-3719, also by Lima were P-4b and both had uneven running boards. Huh.

More updates have been made to the 3713 set. Turns out the V2 and V3 engines had their graphite crossheads reverted back to the darker color. Not sure how that happened, but it did. So now they all have matching graphite crossheads.

When I first saw the walkways were offset I just thought it was just attention to detail the I never knew before
The real engine did have offset walkways like steve said, plus a lot of engines had offset walkways, but anyways...I can't wait to get my next check and buy this beauty.
