OLR Supporting Players-1

The supporting players are necessary to make scene at that time.
First they are vehicles.
These are tricycle semi-trucks.

Ok, I wanna know when this is coming out. I'm a big sucker for Japanese trains, and I'm sitting here with MSTS, driving a 500, 700, and E2, but no Kodama 0 Series or 100 Grand Hikari. I'm dying to drive a kodama! :D:D

Hello All :)

Well ,here the second Level of my creations of shinkansen Trains , the first JR0 Kodama obtained some corrections .
New is the Series JR 100 the next shinkansen after Series JR0 . The JR 100 have Restaurant with two-level.

Really fantastic!!!

More than just the Shinkansen

Those are fantastic, no question.

But you know, there's more to Japanese railways than just the Bullet Train, even if the latest one does have cat ears: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/4621217.stm.

There's also steam in those forested hills. Here are a few videos I've found of what I personally consider to be the most beautiful steam engines in the world (even topping Britain:eek: )

They've stared in movies:

They have their own anime:

They even have their own game (appearantly):

And they've stared in music videos (sort of). Note the magnificent whistles at the end:

This is just plain weird:

I have to wonder why more people, especially among our clan, don't know about these beautiful black dragons. But regardless of the reason, I hope I've posted somethng cool anyway.

And if anyone looks at these vids and says "Those are awsome! I want to model one!", There's a lot of info onte Japanese Wikipedia & http://www.kurogane-rail.jp/eindex.html .

Well, that's all I got to say. Peace out, y'all!!!

If I had Gmax skill, I'd build one!
Unfortunately, I don't. :(
Japanese steam is 3'6" gauge.
A gauge (Kinda) without an abundance of steam in Trainz.
My two bits.

No. No one's made any Japanese steam for TRS yet (in fact, Japanese content in general seems to be rather scarce). I was hoping that my post would inspire someone to start & to prove that Japan isn't all bullet trains.

But, if you're really desperate, I've seen an Australian 2-8-0 that could seve as a stand-in (VR, black, with smoke deflectors). I know it's not exactly satisfactory, but it's the best we've got.

So, here's hoping that someone starts building one of these magnificent monsters.

I attempted to make a Japanese train from gmax.

Gmax is difficult for me.

Well, if it makes you feel happier, I do have a mesh of a Series 201 EMU on my hard drive somewhere. I was intending to make a Series 373 EMU at some point, only because the front end reminds me of a Plastic PIG. :)

Then again, I maybe wrong.

I'll dig out the mesh later, I am planning to restart the mesh soon anyway.

very nice! I was waiting to see which sim would bring out the original Shinkansens first, apparently Trainz wins that race.:D

Gmax is difficult for me.
It took many months only with the body.
It already starts for a while to completion.

Please enjoy a photograph for the time being.

Please click every Blue tab, even if Japanese is not displayed normally.

And Nozoming finds another great site!:D Thank you.
I've been following your progress on the Kintetsu train on your blog. I thought the movie was very good.
I agree with you on G-max. After a year, I managed to get a box to show up in Trainz, and I recently managed to make an actual object. It's the police box at Ohara station. It feels good when you get something to actually work, doesn't it?

I'm glad to see this thread is still getting so much interest. I'm looking forward to seeing more Japanese content.
