This may be sound driver related or something relative to that due to the bitrate of the recordings used in the engine sounds for these.
We've had a few report this but typically its related to an old sound driver or as some have experienced utilizing a bluetooth headset or something to that effect. We had one user report on this forum itself that taking their bluetooth headset out of the equation had them working fine.
Likely a local issue on your end, so check to make sure your sound drivers are up to date, if you are using a bluetooth headset or something, try it without. That would be what to look at to attempt fixing your issue. Its not a content issue.
