Are you downloading over a wireless connection? Have other CDPs installed okay? If worse comes to worse, you can contact Jointed Rail via their forum and let them know you have issues with their asset.

A ameliase New member May 3, 2023 #5 Yes, I am downloading over a wireless connection. Yes, other CDPs have installed okay. Lastly, I’m still having issues with this one asset and I can contact JR on their forums.
