Operating a yard - Portal train arrives on-time and drops a consist. A yard engine retrieves it and places it in the yard. A local engine later takes the consist to the appropriate location(s) for relevant actions. Returns the consist to the yard. Now I need the portal to emit a "pickup train" based upon a trigger, or some other specific signal. The CPC Emit from portal seems to be broken. Is there any other trigger event to get a train to emit from a portal? I could do it all on a schedule BUT is that reality when operating freight trains? If not, then what might be a suggested method to run the scenario on an independent, non-timed, process? Best way to describe the approach is that it is Asynchronous. Events are the triggers, not the clock.
